I have been an educator for over 15 years, teaching English and PE in three different countries: the Czech Republic, Denmark, and China. 

I started my teaching career in the Czech Republic, where I taught both English and PE at alocal middle school. I spent five years teaching in my hometown the Czech Republic, and it was a rewarding and fulfilling experience. Then I moved to Denmark, where I taught PE and EFL at an middle school in township called Fjerritslev. I was amazed by the high standard of living and the happiness of the people in Denmark. I learned a lot about the Danish educational system, which is based on student-centered, collaborative, and creative learning. I also enjoyed the various sports and outdoor activities that Denmark offers. I even joined the local handball team and played matches for them for a season. I stayed in Denmark for over a year, and it was a wonderful experience. 

My last teaching destination abroad was China, where I taught English as a foreign language to students ranging from kindergarten to university. I loved the diversity and dynamism of the Chinese culture, and the enthusiasm and curiosity of my students. I also learned a lot about the Chinese language, history, and traditions, and shared my own culture with them. I spent six years in China, and it was an unforgettable experience. 

I recently returned to the Czech Republic, where I continue to teach and learn from others, and to contribute to the field of education. Teaching in three different countries and cultures has been a great adventure for me. I have gained valuable knowledge and skills, as well as a global and intercultural perspective on education. I have also made many friends and memories along the way. I am grateful for the opportunity and I believe all my experience can transfer well at University level where I am currently employed.
